CVS in Alexandria

I just received the BEST customer service from Benjamin and Carrie (Manager). Benjamin went out of his way to phone Carrie when he couldn’t find an item that the CVS website said was in stock. The CVS Lansdowne store couldn’t be bothered to look for it. Thanks so much!

I must say , KAREN is the best manager there is . She loves to help not just me but the customers as well . I’ve seen a lot of managers not know how to handle having that authority but KAREN ? Knows how to handle it , she never seems stressed , shes always happy , she is just simply amazing. A few days ago , my mother & I were stressing about trying to get this 11 x 14 picture from our phones printed out but no matter what it’ll always come out blurry . On this particular day Karen was there , she listened to the problem I was having & came up with a brilliant idea In Just minutes . Long story short , the bigger I made the picture the blurrier . Karen hooked my up & was able to print out the exact picture I wanted and guess what , IT WASN'T BLURRY !!!!! Made my day / Christmas because it was a meaningful gift for someone special to me . Then today I felt a little sick & needed Alka-seltzer plus but couldn’t find it to save my life ….next thing you know who comes right next to me ? KAREN !!!! With the warmest voice And guess I showed her what I was looking for & she went to the back to get exactly what I was looking for …. I absolutely love CVS now lol it’s a bit pricey but who cares I just love to know when I walk in there I’ll be treated with the best genuine customer service ever… & lastly I believe Karen wasn’t trained to be how she is , I really believe that’s just how Karen is overall as a person …KAREN thank you ….Merry Christmas & have a happy happy new year !!!!! 🤍

It brings me, great gratitude, to be able to voice my opinion, in regards to great customer service! In saying so, I would like to bring your attention to Carrie, the Store Manager. I've observed Carrie assist multiple customers promptly with a positive attitude. Carrie's multitasked skills are impeccable. I've also noticed Carrie recognize customers entering the store by stating "welcome to CVS" and exiting by stating "Have a wonderful day!" Anytime I was unsure of a product, Carrie was incredibly informative. Thank you, Carrie. Amazing Job CVS! 🌻

My Vet prescribed 125mg Amoxicillin tablets for my dog and I was having difficulty finding a pharmacy who carried the dosage I needed. Pharmacists of other known pharmacy just said that didn't carry this medicine in tablet form. I called CVS Engleside and spoke with their pharmacist, Ian, who informed me that these tablets were no longer produced but he however did have 250mg of the chewable tablets which I could split to obtain the correct dosage. He also told me this product hasn't been manufactured for a number of years. I then spoke with my Vet's office and they called in the script. I have to commend Ian for taking the time and interest to help me with my situation. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.

The pharmacists at the CVS Engleside in Alexandria, Va are friendly, greet me politely by name, provide quick service and go above and beyond to help! It's always a quick and easy trip to pick up my meds and the text message feature keeps me easily updated on the status so I know when to come in.
