Costco is awesome!! Love the prices and consistency in affordable low priced food court. The whole place is like a wonderland!!! So much to see and find and explore! Bill from electronics department is a real gem, great guy, great employee⭐️ Will come back!!!

Great shipping and deals and very friendly customer service! The only downside is that aisles, particularly the pantry and refrigerator/freezer items, are not marked, unlike their primary contender, making it very hard to find specific items quickly. My favorite part is the amount of Organic food available at much more reasonable prices than local grocery stores. They also have regular food testing, all the home maintenance items I need: like, laundry detergent free from chemical fillers, furnace filters, dish soap also with no filler ingredients, etc.

Checkout was chaotic and the people didn’t fully pack our stuff and left me to pick up the rest and put it in the cart myself. Not because there was anyone behind me (there wasn’t) but because I guess the guy didn’t feel like it. Then they didn’t hand me the receipt which I didn’t realize because my 3 year old started melting down. When I went to leave, no one would help or let me leave the store. Instead treating me like I was trying to steal something and vaguely pointed me to a manager to print me another receipt. The manager seemed surprised and looked for someone else and I had to tell her that customer service pointed me to her and I have a screaming child and I am not allowed to leave. Obviously I wasn’t leaving my $362 worth of groceries. She then proceeded to go to the back to get me a receipt after realizing that she couldn’t pass me off onto anyone else. It brew my mind to be treated that way concerning how much money I am constantly spending there. Are we just supposed to be grateful to be allowed to be in there? Are we supposed to be ok with being treated like cattle in a store? I’m so over it.

I’ve had it with this Costco location after years of it trying my patience. Some of the staff are amazing and some aren’t so much. Some prices are good and some aren’t. That’s fine.
It’s always busy and you have to carefully choose when you go into the main store. Lately I’ve only been going there for wine which you DO NOT need a membership for.
But today I gave the main store another try. With a half an hour left before close they shut down half the checkout lanes even though they already were really backed up. It was chaos. Disgusted, I just walked out and left my stuff.
Our membership is up in 2 days and I won’t be renewing. We’ve been members for almost 2 decades so great job Costco.

Costco provided a dependable shopping experience. The customer service was approachable. The store’s presentation was bright, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The product selection was abundant, fully stocked with a range of quality items. The atmosphere was busy and can be overwhelming at times, and employees were visibly engaged and available. Pricing offered excellent value, with many products well worth their cost.

Also their new scan at entry door is annoying and works poorly. My phone always scans at the cash register but has a terrible time and the entry. Last time the poor kid working said your phone did scan. I said “that’s okay” and just kept walking. Such a waste of energy.
I think it may be time to try Sam’s club they have a lot of great features and technology.

I am sorry I renewed my membership. I won't make that mistake again. I have never been there at a time when all of the checkout lanes were being utilized, no matter how long the lines.
They have discontinued several products that I really liked.
The casiers are very fast, but that comes at a cost, so often my fresh produce gets manhandled and bruised, causing it to have a much shorter shelf life when I get it home.
They have slowed down the flow of customers by having these scanners at the front for checking and most people don't even think about getting their card out until they are right in front of the scanner. Hello Costco, you know we can't checkout without our cards, why the redundancy?
I liked Costco when they first opened, but they are busy, which is great, and wouldn't be an issue if they had the staff to support the crowds.
