Incredibly disappointed. We purchased my wedding ring from Costco, since then the diamond continuously becomes loose. One time the diamond fell out, I found it in the floor board of my car. This is the 3rd time my diamond has become loose or fell out. We have had it fixed each time. We asked for a return two days ago, because this continues to occur and I can’t wear my wedding ring. In the past they have offered to return it. Two jewellers in town have assessed the ring and given their expertise, this will continue to occur as it is flawed. When we inquired about the return policy, as stated on the company website. They it has changed, although could not provide a new policy. The 100% satisfaction guaranteed is false, as well as the return policy process stated on the web site. This has been a terrible customer service experience, sad because it’s a special piece to us. Our family have been members since the original Costco opened 25 years ago. We have never experienced this awful of service. The supervisors were rude, condescending and simply don’t care. What happened to Costco moto 100% satisfaction guaranteed?
