I was trying to make the appointment and she was getting very testy with me so I canceled it, but I really wanted to go there so I called back, but she wouldn't answer. I called the eyeglass counter just b in front of her little office and they told me she should answer because she was at her desk, so I tried, yet again. No answer! Then I got the idea to call from my other line, so I hung up and called back, she answered right away!!!
I was furious!
I then called the warehouse manager and told them about my experience. They weren't happy at all.
This seems to be a pattern for the receptionist, my advice is to let Costco know, they don't want rude staff anymore than you do.
The doctor is contracted there, they don't work for Costco. They would be more than happy to get someone else.
