Get told my tires are “completely shot” ask them to elaborate, answered with “they’re shot.” End up paying for a repair, which on the Costco website clearly states is “free,” and 4 quotes for tires ranging from $500-$900. 30 minutes later get a call saying it’s done, which it isn’t. End up meeting the actual tire technician who gives useful information, while clearly being annoyed with the “tire sales rep” who obviously comes from the used car salesman background. Gives me my tire repair refund, and tells us they put the spare on. Clearly no organizational responsibility, let alone consumer respect. All pretty pathetic; do better, it’s not that hard.
