Oh my goodness! Was this place a welcoming surprise. From the front desk to the audiologist were professional, kind and patient. As an older woman of 67 a lot of people do not take the time to make sure you understand what they are saying etc.. They disregard our questions. Julie helped me understand where my hearing level was etc. I have gone to ENT's for years and was still confused when I left. This lady is a great asset to this Costco Hearing Center. Her smile and her thoroughness of explanation for various questions I had was so awesome. Give her a raise. Ha! In this world we live in today it was so nice to see that there are some people who still care and show it to the elderly. Thank you again Julie for your time. You were a pleasure to meet.

This is my second set of hearing aids that I have purchased from Costco in the last ten years. I usually shop at the Mall of Georgia store but they are very busy so I had to resort to the Duluth store which was a good experience as well. I have worn hearing aids my whole life and Costco suits my needs just fine. I believe Costco has gotten very popular selling hearing aids and they make NO commission. The price is incredible compared to an audiologist office and the products are good.

I've been wearing hearing aids for severe hearing loss for 11 years. I knew all about hearing aids when I went in. The audiologist conducted a thorough hearing exam and then we discussed options on instruments. I wasn't pressured or pushed toward any particular brand. My old instruments were 11 years old, one was dead and the other on it's way out. What shocked me was the cost. 11 years ago I paid $5200 for hearing aids that weren't even current technology! They were the previous generation. I bought state of the art instruments at Costco Hearing Center 11 years later for $2500! Same brand as the first pair. I'll never go anywhere else... especially an E.N.T. practice.
