Read MoreVery friendly, knowledgeable staff. Actually, in my case, they were knowledgeable than the ear doctor I visited. The ear doctor told me that I needed the In the Ear type because the Behind the Ear (BTE) type would give feedback because my hearing was so bad and they had to amplify it too much. When I went to Costco, they told me there would be no problem with the BTE type. I've had them for 4 years now, with no problems. And they were 1/3 the cost of the ones the ear doctor wanted to sell me.
