Tamarind Avenue SDA Church is currently serving as the temporary gathering place for Bishop Noel Jones and the City of Refuge Los Angeles (CORLA) for their worship service, which starts at 10 AM. The church boasts a beautiful sanctuary with stained glass windows and ample seating, though parking can be a challenge for such a large congregation. However, I was able to find parking at a nearby mall that is only a four-minute walk away. The sound system is good, but the addition of high-intensity LED screens would enhance the experience. On the other hand, the men’s restroom is clean, bright, and recently remodeled, with warm water available for hand washing. Overall, I believe that Tamarind Avenue SDA Church is an excellent temporary location for CORLA to hold their Sunday service.
