Quite honestly, I agree with the person who told you that your efforts seemed driven by personal gain.
Please don’t take this as an insult, that’s not my intention. But to go on a public forum to insult, condemn, and project your frustrations onto someone else or an entire group? That screams personal vindication and a need for validation. Just because people at that church have chosen to dedicate themselves to the Lord doesn’t mean they owe you validation or that they’re obligated to change their path to suit you.
I’m sincerely concerned about your sense of entitlement regarding where and how you think you should serve in relation to their vision — the vision they believe God gave them. For God’s sake, if it’s not working for you, go somewhere else. But don’t come on Google trying to tear people down just because you didn’t get your way. Wow.
