Read MoreI have had my two youngest children at MTLPS for the past two years, and words simply cannot describe the joy my children have for learning as a result of this wonderful little school. The boys wake up every morning happy and eager to see their teachers and friends. Ms. Geneva, Ms. Dominica and Ms. Kate are the most loving, caring, educators I could have ever hoped for. They set high, yet reasonable expectations for the children, and the learning that goes on in those four hours is mind blowing. My 4.5 year old is stringing together written letters and sounding out words, and my 2.5 yr old (in the same mixed age classroom as my 4.5 yr old) knows the seasons, days of the week, has recognition of a good many letters, and is beginning to comprehend basic math concepts and patterns---in both English and German! In addition to play and project based learning, this school does an outstanding job at teaching character. The kids are all so kind and compassionate with one another, and you really get a sense of community while there. I'm so grateful that this was/is the first learning experience for my children. I can't recommend this school enough.
