The Lord Jesus set before us an open door (Rev. 3:8; 4:1) to once again reach out to people and service members in the Atlantic Beach and Mayport areas and Mayport NAS. We are presently still a small congregation consisting of all age groups from toddlers to senior citizens. I am one of the seniors. Our pastor, Aaron, though young is experienced and wise beyond his years. He is an excellent preacher that puts a great deal of time into Bible study and prayer. He not only knows God's Word thoroughly, he is an excellent counselor with a genuine concern for our people and for souls to be saved and correctly discipled. We have a number of younger adults, some armed forces veterans, business people, mothers, fathers, grandparents and children. Each of us is growing in Christ. We are at Hope Church Mayport to worship the Lord Jesus with genuine faith. We seek to lift up Jesus Christ first, lead those that do not know Christ personally to a relationship with Christ, and to instruct those seeking help to walk a straight path with Jesus. We have nursery for the little ones, a mother's room if needed. We offer coffee and refreshments each Sunday. Hope is a work in progress as we all are. The Lord is doing great things at Hope. We would love to have you visit with us, sing with us, and receive God's blessings from His Word. We're excited about growing!
