I recently ordered from Chick-fil-A through Uber Eats, and while the experience had its ups and downs, I want to highlight the fantastic support I received from the staff. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with my order; I selected a Cobb salad, but it came with bacon, which I can't have due to an allergy.
What really stood out was the response from Yas, the general manager. I reached out to the Chick-fil-A number, and she was incredibly helpful in resolving the situation. Yas assisted me in getting my order fixed by removing the bacon. Her prompt and friendly service made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle.
Overall, while I wish the Uber Eats app had better options for customizing orders, the excellent customer service from Yas made a significant difference. I appreciate her help and would definitely recommend this location for their commitment to customer satisfaction.
