Chick-fil-A in Overland Park

Always greeted with kindness and top-notch service. The food is amazing, and I love that they stand by Christian values—it shows in how they treat people. Chick-fil-A just feels different. It may also be the way they lift up theor employees that they seem happy to be working there.

I ran into an issue with loading a gift card with my mobile through order and Emanuel went above and beyond to resolve it and was exceptionally personable. He is a fantastic manager and it shows through the way his team helped me before it got to him.

Update: This location has come a long way. I did return and give them another try. The service was courteous and quick. They did a great job directing traffic around those waiting. Appear to always double check the orders for accuracy! Today was the last day I am going this location. I have been a loyal customer since they opened. The service is getting worse and today was the icing on the cake! I went through the mobile drive through around 1:15 .... As I was waiting right be the window they asked my name which I provided. They stated we don't have your order are you sure you ordered? I showed them the charge from by bank and the App ..... We don't have it you didn't make a mobile order. Finally a lady approached who appeared to know what she was doing explaining I had paid. Finally she stated we need you to come inside we will reverse the charge and then you can re-order. I stated I was late for a meeting and didn't have time. I asked how to cancel the order ..... She took my phone opened the cancel icon I selected it ...... She then stated if you go inside you can re-order. Again ..... I had a meeting (hence the mobile drive through). I left and called the Manager who I explained I was told it was my fault. No apologies simply just a "if you com back you can re-order". I mentioned I won't be coming back and just wanted to let you know you lost a customer. Yes the charge is still on my card ..... that will be handled tomorrow. Avoid this location at all costs ..... Extremely rude.

The staff is one of a kind. Always smiling, always very pleasant. Treated us with so much respect. Nowadays, it is so hard to find good service. Service you expect. Well, I got great service, it was more than I expected. Thank you
