Chick-fil-A in Kildeer

Who would have thought that Spicy Chicken Tortilla Soup could be so delicious? I've always loved their chicken sandwiches and waffle fries, but I'll be ordering soup from now on as well. Update (6/22): I've started to really enjoy the chicken sandwiches without any sauce - just order with extra tomatoes and extra pickles - yum!

When I tell you I LOVE MY Chick-fil-A Kildeer location. This is what you call tailor made personal customer service with a smile sent via Uber Eats! On Feb 22nd I ordered breakfast in (yes I love the egg white grill sandwich) and imagine my heart when I looked at the bag and saw this "Have A Great Day OnPurpose" Some won't understand how important this is to me and how this just made my day AND I know exactly who do this. I love the meaning of OnPurpose and I am always telling everyone I come in contact with to "Have a Great Day OnPurpose" I have been doing this for the past 10 years, now I own my own business which is named "OnPurpose Cleaning" So who I am and what I represent is OnPurpose so to see this bag with my "Motto" written on it was an humble moment for me. Karolyne (I hope I spelled her name right) is the BEST!! Every time I pull up to the drive thru, whether she is accepting my payment or not, she always comes to the window to greet me with a smile, she has even introduced me to new items on the menu. My daughter Danielle introduced me to her a couple of months ago because she liked her customer service. People have to do their job and it's all good BUT to GO ABOVE AND BEYOND to display Great Customer Service is what sets people a part. From the short time of me visiting Chick-fil-A, Karolyne has taking the time to get to know me. I am so honored because this place is always crowded and she always takes time to make me feel special and what's crazy is I know she displays this kind of personal attention to other customers which makes her a valuable asset to this business. I will eat here more often not only because I love the food, but because if there is a chance I can see Karolyne I know it will be a great interaction. THANK YOU Chick-fil-A for having a great team leader on your staff and THANK YOU Karolyne for being the best I have ever experienced in this type of environment, I talk a lot everywhere I go and it is nice to know that someone listens to me 😘

I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A several times, and I’m always impressed by the excellent food and outstanding customer service. The chicken sandwiches are always perfectly crispy and juicy, and the waffle fries are a favorite every time. What really stands out, though, is the service—every staff member is friendly, attentive, and efficient, making the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the drive-thru moves quickly, even when it's busy. It’s rare to find such a high level of service combined with great food, and this location nails it every time!

Have not had issues at this location so far. Personnel is extremely respectful and professional - consistent in drive through (have not been inside in a long time). The line moves efficiently. Have not had issues with the order or food quality. it can be a popular location with a backed up line during peak hours or the weekend.

Chick-fil-A is fire. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. They cook the food fresh and ready to eat and i love how friendly the staff is and their Christian values and how clean the restaurant is. Amazing chicken Sandwiches. Must come back. My pleasure. 10/10

I have the spicy chicken sandwich all the time but the one I had today was the best one I ever had. It tasted extra fresh, was a generous piece and overall prepared perfectly! The service was great as well and the manager was very friendly!! I highly recommend this location!!!

The best Chick Fil A in the suburbs. Came by a few minutes before close was met with the kindest shift lead. All workers were glad to help even though it was a few minutes before closing time. Food was fresh and very delicious and wasn’t slacked on. They even cut my chicken filet on my salad for me, without being asked. 10/10 food, 11/10 service. So helpful so kind they’re my favorite.
