Chick-fil-A in Dubuque

I was just in this morning and had the sausage biscuit and the hash browns. My hat off to Mitch for the biscuit. He did a damn hell of a job. That was some good stuff. To the hash brown people, too. They did amazing, as well. That ain’t gonna be the last time Chick-Fil-A sees me. I will be back. I also liked the fact that there was not very many people in the restaurant at that point in time. I love peace and quiet.

Absolutely never a bad meal or quibble here with their food. Service, not so much!! I ordered our meal on the app, like I ALWAYS do and ALWAYS HAVE. Pull up 2 the speaker and tell them I'm here 2 pu our order after going 2 Target 2 get a bag of Pears picked up. So plenty of time 2 get our order made. I pull up to the window after being told 2 pull on ahead. Get 2 the window. NO ORDER 2 B FOUND AT ALL for me. Am I sure I even placed an order? Yep...U already took my $$$ out of my account and I can kindly show U were I was sent my total and order confirmation. I'm talking 2 an assistant manager now. Here, literally no one had checked for incoming app or web orders in a while and had NO IDEA I had even placed an order!!! So they ask me to pull around 2 the front and someone will bring it out 2 me. OK, fine. They bring it out. I drive home.. 25 minutes away without traffic on a good day. Got home. MULTIPLE PROBLEMS WITH THE ORDER!!! I ordered a salad with chicken nuggets. I got grilled nuggets vs what I actually wanted and ordered. I asked for extra salad dressing and extra Papitas and crispy tortilla straps. Ummm...hard nope. I bought 2 large fries plus had a reward for another fry bc they forgot a fry order LAST TIME. THEY FORGOT A FRY ORDER THIS TIME TOO!! I ordered a 30 piece plus a 12 piece fried chicken nugget order, so my son and husband, as well as dogs, can have some. Asked for and ordered a bunch of BBQ sauces for said 42 chicken nuggets. We got...ONE!! ONE!!! Had yet another reward for an order of chicken strips. Ordered them. Did not get them either. Their food AS WELL AS THEIR SERVICE THERE, USED TO B IMPECCABLE AND FAULTLESS. ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT SAY THAT ANY LONGER

This was my first experience eating at a Chic-Fil-A. I was pleasantly surprised. Even with the place being extremely busy, all of the staff was very pleasant, well-spoken, and helpful. Very fast! They were searching for me in the dining room with my order before I had even left the counter with my drink. I do not have a nearby location where I live, but will be going out of my way while traveling to patronize this chain.

Store was packed today. Today is Wednesday and I went at lunch with my dad. The store had no parking places and hardly any tables to sit. It was packed the whole time, kids everywhere playing in the playhouse and eating. When we left the line was literally out the door. Our food still came fast, right to our table and was hot and amazing. For being so busy, absolutely great experience! This location eeds to be a little bigger or we need a second location! We love it in this town! Best chicken all the time, and great service!

We all expect decent customer service and prompt timing when going in the drive through. Thats exactly what i received. Not only was there that but there was a smile, no rushing and making sure she gave me all my items. Those items were so fresh.! Fries were perfect. The slab of chicken was so thick, juicy and even cooked all the way through.! I recommend this place.

Stopped into Dubuque chick fil a on my way back to Wisconsin after visiting family. Olivia C was my server and her customer service was top notch. She provided menu recommendations and checked up to see what I thought. Such a great atmosphere, will be back again soon.

Went to Chick-fil-a for lunch. Was greeted with a very warm welcome. The staff and managers were moving fast paced but took my order accurately. There lemonade is AMAZING and that’s an understatement. Tastes fresh squeezed. The woman who brought my order to me was friendly appeared to enjoy her job a lot! I would return here.

Chick-fil-A is hands down my favorite fast food place. They are quick to give you your food, the prices are very low for the quality of food you get, and the staff are always kind. I have never had my order messed up here nor have I ever gotten a meal that I didn't like!
