There is no drive thru, no play place, limited menu options, corporate promotions/gift cards do not apply here and thats OK. This location was franchised and specifically purpose built for a College Campus with staff hired through the University NOT Chick-Fil-A Corporate. If you don't like it, complain to the school not the company.
That being said, yes this location has higher than average wait times especially during opening/closing hours and between classes. Limited menu does mean that some of your usual favorite items may or may not be available here. Again this is a specialty location.
Based off my experiences, the food quality is just as good as any other location. The staff isnt as overly polite as you would encounter at your traditional corporate owned locations, but they do try their best to pump out orders and help service customers. Its a freaking college campus. Everyone loves chicken sandwiches. Its going to be busy and they are trying their best. Dont be a snowflake and just enjoy your ******* milkshake and waffle fries already! The food is great! Be nice to staff and they will be nice to you! Staff are people too!
