As usual Chick-fil-A employees are ALWAYS willing to please. Customer service is their number one top priority. They seem to value each and every person who walks through their doors. I love the way they greet you, their incredible social skills, their wait staff, and of course, the star of the show is their AMAZING FOOD. It's always a clean, bright, delicious and positive experience. Unfortunately there is ALWAYS a line of people waiting to order. I guess that's the price you pay to wait for good food.
I had started out ordering a salad but by the time I had reached the person who took your payment, I had changed my mind and they gladly accommodated my order change without blinking an eye. They had probably already made my salad but despite how busy they were, they still got my new order out quickly without hardly any waiting.
They're not your typical fast food restaurant. No greasy, tasteless, run-of-the-mill food here. No wonder they're always packed. When you have a winning combination of good food, good service, great atmosphere, and a consistently pleasant experience, you have a winning business.
