First time to eat inside the new Chick-fil-A in altus. Our food was good . Peppermint shakes were!! Service was good, servers were very Friendly. Granddaughter enjoyed the play area.

need to work harder on mobile orders. Acknowledge when a customer walks in to pick up their order with multiple orders sitting on the counter. I imagine a lot of people don't get the correct order because they picked up someone's order by mistake.

Had a daughter dad day and she picked Chick-fil-A. Had a excellent day and as always I absolutely like the consistency of restaurants and this location gives the exact same service and quality as what we come to expect from our Chick-fil-A.

So excited to get a Chick-fil-A in Altus! They are definitely still working out the kinks of just opening, but the wait was not as long as we thought it would be, (given the long lines). Food was delicious, just like it should be!
