This best buy is often busy this time of year and it is hard to get the help you need. If I was grading this store on the ability to talk to someone, it'd be 2 stars. However, recently I needed help a few different times and it was a wait to talk to someone... The good? Every single person that helped me went above and beyond. From the guy at the checkout, to the roaming CSR that helped me in TV's, to the warehouse guy that helped me take my TV to my car. Even the managers, I had an issue and called the store, I was connected to a call center (which sucks) but they had a manager call me back the next day, and he was awesome! I then drove an hour to get back to the store and the manager I spoke with had just left. The csr at the front door made sure I was able to speak to a different manager, and checked in with me several times to assure me, the manager was coming. After a long wait, I spoke with the manager, he was very accommodating and expressed genuine concern about my issue. I left the store with a smile and felt heard. You can't get this experience from shopping on Amazon, instant gratification! Overall this store has the best staff I've seen working retail in a long time. Just be patient with them, they are busy and understaffed, but they also seem to care about what they do!
