Best Buy in Signal Hill

So things changed quite a bit like shopping at Best Buy. I mean they're the leader still in electronics - price, product and selection. I got an internal HDD for my desktop Win 10. I wasnt planning on buying a hard drive but this one has 4T storage so its an easy upgrade in performance ' basically pop out the old one and insert the new one like changing a car battery. Just pay attention Ito rge connectors- take a picture or something. Oh yeah, it was $65 good deal. Going back to how things changed; on the up side, I go in and its nice and calm- nobody in my way, no big lines, easy in and quickly out. Why? Because there's no people! Bro! The market is obviously online purchasing, ship to home or store pick up. If you know what you want, it works. But on the down side; I really miss that shopping experience of just going in and browsing, checking out stuff and realizing just how far out of touch and so behind out if date that I am with all these devices, gadgets and gizmos. I think everything I bought before was in the moment of seeing something and thinking that would make a great centerpiece at my place. But now when you walk, you're asked to state your reason for visiting so it would ghetto-ish to say you're just checking things out. So you gotta have a reason to go. Nope, not like Walmart where you go to buy toilet paper and come out with a shopping cart full of stuff. But.I.do miss that shopping like seeing 50 TV playing at once in one area and music blasting on speakers in another area. But you, we gotta move and adapt the times. Buying online is safe, convenient and slot cheaper in price. Pick it up at the store or have it delivered home- just watch those porch.pirates.

I have been here twice now in the last few weeks - once to buy some things and then once to return something. Both times the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful so I just had to come here and say thank you. Technology is not my forte but they helped me through it so this will now be my go to spot for all things tech!

I used the curbside pickup for the first time. I had already purchased to pick up online. I parked in the curbside pickup parking spot. I opened up my confirmation email and pressed the "curbside pickup uption" and/or the "I'm here now " option. I was promted to add what parking spot number I was in, the color and type of vehicle I was in, and and if I wanted the item to go in the trunk, etc. I chose the options I wanted and then got 4 or 5 digit number on my screen to show to the delivering employee, plus "be ready to show ID." I waited about 4 minutes which is not long at all. The BestBuy employing came out with my item. I showed him my number on my phone screen and he politely asked for some ID. I showed him my driver's license. He knew I wanted my item in the trunk and I told him, "Thanks, the trunk is popped." He was very friendly and we chatted for a minute about what I was going to look at with the Telescope (the item I bought). The service was easy to use. Fast and friendly.

I had a really bad experience on best buys international help line and it was so bad that I decided to just try and go directly into the store. They were really nice and helped me out so much I was actually gonna stop shopping at best buy completely because of how mean the international call line was but going in person to this store changed that completely. They were amazing and really understanding and just treated me like a person. I really hope management is treating them well because they are doing everything right and all deserve raises. I came in for a laptop. First, it was nice to see a person at the very front greet customers and show them the way to what ever section they're looking for. Second, the staff were kind and offered me multiple ways to find the laptop that I was looking for. I'll definitely be shopping at this particular Best BUY again for my technology needs.

This best buy is well stocked, clean, organized and the staff is helpful and friendly. It's not as packed as all the surrounding Best Buys so it's not super loud and chaotic inside. The gentleman who helped us was friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable. We purchased what we came for then returned rhe next day ro make different purchase. Week day or week-end, the service is the same from all the staff tjat we encountered

Only had to do a return but I only waited a minute before I was helped and the return only took 2 mins tops to complete. I was in and out of there within 4 to 5 mins. The store was clean inside and out, plenty of parking, and helpful and cheerful staff. Great experience overall!

Had a great experience at this Best Buy location. John. the manager, and Marta were outstanding. Both were very knowledgeable about the product, we bought an e bike, and even helped us load it in the car. The store was clean and match priced my son's friend video game. Highly recommend.
