Best Buy in Norwalk

The dude in TVs with the black shirt yesterday (7/8 around 3-4pm) was a superstar. Put up with my wife and I changing our mind on an entry level TV 3 times and didn't complain about pulling one all the way from the back for us only to have us ultimately want one from the floor. We eventually landed on a 65" Pioneer Xumo and we are super happy with it. Just wanted to say thank you to that guy for sticking it out with us, I work retail I know we suck...we just don't know anything about TVs 😅

My husband and I were in today finishing up our Christmas Shopping, it was very busy in the store. Once we needed assistance it only took a few minutes for Cavel to help us. We had a lot of questions about different sizes, models, and prices of Apple Watches. Cavel really did go so above and beyond to find us the best model and price point for us. We took up a lot of his time, and as busy as everyone was, he helped us as well as several other employees and customers at the same time. We weren’t rushed whatsoever. He was just pleasant, and knowledgeable! If I owned a company I’d want people exactly like him working for me. We even saved 20% which was a considerable amount.

The salesman that helped me purchase the HP Envy printer was very helpful along with his apprentice. As I was leaving the store, I met Joseph, and told him about the problems I was having with my Apple phone. He was so nice and helpful, I had to let you know. Having been in sales and marketing for many years, is that a job is well done it should acknowledged Thank you Roni O’Connor I was in the store on Thursday, October 17, looking for headphones and iPods. George came over and asked if he could hel. He couldn’t have been nicer and extremely helpful. Had two great experiences in less than a week. Thank you again.

I went in for a job interview but I've been there many times and have always been able to find what I'm looking for there's something to be said for a brick and mortar technology company that is still staying in business despite the fact that Amazon and other websites have pretty much started to dominate the tech space

My experience was great! The employees were plentiful & very helpful. I'm just hoping it's not too late. Because the store wasn't very busy. And I know that a lot of people are lazy, and only buy online. The problem I have with that, is brick & mortar businesses will close. And people still need jobs to support themselves. Especially our young people just starting out.

Brought my daughter here for Sunday because she is begging for an electrical scooter but just to look. We met up with a young woman named Tea, at first things got off to the wrong foot , she forgot to introduce herself and she just started talking, I’m like girl you need to slow down and tell this man about yoself first. Turns out I made her laugh a bunch and we hit it off like we had a past . If you can make a pretty woman smile you can own the world and their life in it and this was a lesson I taught Tea and my daughter that day by showing class and charm. She showed my daughter a model scooter for $445, I respect her but I told my daughter hun this is not for you yet maybe in time and if you earn it. To pricey and to fast for you. In a couple years maybe to practice for her permit but not now with all the bills coming. Thanks tea for servicing me and it was nice making you smile but she will need to wait until her birthday and in 2 more years for the price to come down, great service with a smile as we say

Best Buy has been great and we've had a totaltech membership for about 2 years now and our LG Fridge we bought 19 months ago under total tech broke last night, ruining most of our goods. I contacted best buy, they scheduled a technician visit within the following week and now we will have a repaired fridge, no hassle, covered under our best buy plan. PS The compressor broke in our LG Fridge. LG knows that their compressors have a problem and numerous customers have reviewed them poorly, but they haven't done anything to address it. I took a gamble on one of their French door fridges because the price was right and there were enough positive reviews that I felt okay with the purchase. The compressor broke 7 months after the warranty expired. Coincidence??? I don't know, but I don't think I'll be buying an LG Fridge after this one until they fix that ongoing problem. Seriously! This shouldn't be a reflection on best buy, but unfortunately Best Buy is contracted with them so I'm hoping they ditch LG for a better quality fridge brand. Just being honest.

This is my local Best Buy and I frequently visit here. It's a pretty large store and generally speaking is pretty neat and organized. The employees are always helpful and professional. The store has a solid inventory but they don't always have everything that I see on the official Best Buy website which is understandable. It can be disappointing at times to go and find out they don't have exactly what I am looking for. On the bright side, I know I can find something comparable. It is good to be able to the store to pick something up rather than waiting for it to be shipped to me especially when I need a item right away. I do like the fact I can find and buy some refurbished items at a relatively good prices. Overall all a solid store and good for picking up an item quickly that you ordered online. Giving this Best Buy five out of five stars and would recommend to anyone or for anyone who is in the area and can't wait for an item to be shipped to you. Update: I just purchased a new TV from this Best Buy location and had a great experience. Laphanso, the employee who helped me through the process, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He was able to help me find the right wall mount for the TV as well. Update 2: I just bought a Google Nest Doorbell (Battery) from this best buy and I am very happy with my purchase. It was the same price as it is on Amazon. They do Amazon price matching as long as it the item sells and ships from Amazon and is the exact item. The employee, Carter, was friendly and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate the help
