Best Buy in Cedar Hill

I usually shop at this location for my computer needs. I am frequently in need of services or upgrades. Today I was looking for a AA and AAA battery charger. The website said there was one available. Dezi assisted me with the general area to search. When I was unsuccessful he pulled the item up and looked in two different areas. Upon finding it he also offered to checked me out at his station. Very cordial and professional. I also received a $5 gift card. Great shopping experience

The group at the Cedar Hill location was excellent. They were very helpful, answered all of my questions and were very knowledgeable. I'm beginning to put smart lighting in my home and the "blue shirt" showed me everything from smart outlets and power strips to the different smart lights themselves. After I selected my lights I began looking at GoPro equipment for an upcoming trip and got the same excellent service.

Visited store to look around and ask basic questions, but not to purchase. Our greeter was pleasant and gave us directions to the computer department. We were looking around and Dani came up and asked if she could help. We explained our reason for visiting and ended up purchasing two $1,000+ Dell laptops, membership, Microsoft 365 and a new credit card! Our experience was exceptional and we asked a lot of questions but she never failed to smile and answer our questions and concerns. She was not pushy and never tried to talk us into anything. Her knowledge and expertise was invaluable and our experience was amazing. I hope Dani the best in her life and future career. Thank you for all your patience and that continuous smile!

The in-store experience was AMAZING and quick BUT DON'T call customer service to save your life, they suck. They lack understanding, basic skills of following directions and are very contradictory. Face to face is better than speaking to someone who doesn't completely understand the language being spoken by either party.

Dani was an absolute Rockstar🎸 My wife and I bought 2 Dell Laptops today. We’d had ours for about 15+ years so it was time for an upgrade! Our salesperson was extremely helpful and friendly. We purchased the yearly Geeksquad membership and Microsoft 365. Spent about $2700 + but it was sooo worth it! Dani just made the purchase so much sweeter!!

So my wife was shopping for the new Samsung Ring. We were not quite sold and then appears a Samsung rep who was leaving to lunch. He stopped and gave a great demonstration, he was professional and gave us suggestions on how to wear it for best results. Two weeks later and my wife is loving it. Thanks, BTW he was a military paramedics. Good job

Dakota was extremely helpful on today. I went to compare two brands, LG and Samsung. A lady who he was previously assisting was done with her questions when he moved on to me. The lady also stayed in the same area as us and when I asked Dakota, the person who works there which brand is better, the lady started talking over him and trying to disagree with what he was saying. No offense to her but respectfully, id rather much trust someone who is working in the store and has experienced customers buying LG compared to Samsung. The lady was upset that he decided to “move on” to me but in reality, she was done speaking so he assisted me. She was also engaging in our conversation so if the lady does speak to the manager and if the manager looks at reviews, I’d be more than glad to vouch for Dakota by saying he did what he needed to do professionally. He handled her concerns in a professional manner after she was disrespecting him by using profanity. Not sure why she got upset when their conversation was over with. It’s only two salesman on the floor today and they can only do so much at once and assist as much as they can. Thank you Dakota for helping me decide and keeping your calm when the lady was being rude towards you.
