Terrible customer service! Employees were more focused in discussing the fascinating details of their personal lives than actually helping customers with their purchase. My cashier had one of the absolute worst attitudes I have ever experienced (and we're in Cape, so that's saying something). I was struggling with pushing my TV and printer through the store and NO ONE offered assistance or even acknowledge that I might need help. Then the cashier looked at me, with gum in her mouth, and said, "think you might need a cart" and when I agreed she rolled her eyes and went to grab one. Unfortunately, I drive a small sedan so I had to lay my television flat. She asked "why would you buy a TV if you don't have a vehicle big enough for it?" I said I understand the store policy, but it's all I have so it'll have to do. She then lectured me for 5 minutes about how best buy wouldn't take the TV back if it's damaged because it would be my fault if it's broke (keep in mind, I already said I understood the store policy). Then she took my printer and THREW it into my front seat after making me feel bad for having a small car.
I thought best buy focused on market differentiation by offering an unparalleled customer experience, but I supposed I was misinformed. I'll save a few bucks and go to Walmart next time.
