Best Buy in Buford

I went into Best Buy tonight to get a sizing kit for an Oura Ring. The gentleman at the entrance told me right where to find the rings, but there were no sizing kits. I went back to the front to ask, and Diego introduced himself, and inquired on what I needed. He explained he just got off of work, but would be happy to help me. He took me right to the section that had the Oura 4 rings and handed me a sizing kit. I then asked if they had the Oura 3 sing kit. He looked on his phone and explained they were in storage, and that he would get me one. He was back in a flash, and even offered to check me out. Keep in mind, he was off the clock. His professionalism and politeness just moved this Best Buy to my favorite Best Buy! Thank you Diego, and keep up the great work! I just wish there was more I could do.

CRAP experience with Best Buy after having been a loyal customer for so long. My husband and I wanted to purchase 2 separate cameras. Each time, we made sure to check availability of items both online and the phone. And BOTH times, we ended up having WASTED our time making trips to these distant stores because the items were not available! Nobody could help. When I said I called to make sure, the representative said oh, the call center agents can see what the customers see only. So not only were these trips an absolute waste of our day, the calls were a waste of time too. Unbelievable.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I went in yesterday to the Best Buy at the Mall of Georgia at approximately 6 pm on Tuesday evening. I was very interested in an Apple charger and cable that was located in their computer section and I couldn’t find anyone to help me. When I say, I was very interested I mean I was ready to buy. I went up to the front and asked whom I assumed was the manager on duty and they were going to radio someone and no one came. Then I had to walk all the way to the checkout and ask for help and they too said they would radio someone and no one came. By this point it had probably been about 10-15 mins. I honestly couldn’t believe they make it this difficult to make a purchase. I went back to checkout and told them forget it and I proceeded to leave. But I really wanted what I came for. So I went back in. Finally someone from another department helped me and gave me wrong information on top of everything else. They said they have 5 of the cables in stock that I was looking for and no one could find them. He tried to pass me off to another employee whom I didn’t catch his name but he didn’t help either and said the first guy was looking for the cable. To make matters worse, there were other customers who were looking for help and no one to help them. So I once again gave up. I recommend either buying online from Amazon or if you have to use Best Buy use BestBuy.com. This store not only is poorly run but the management clearly has no clue what they are doing and I’m honestly shocked this location is still in business if they make it this difficult to make a purchase at their store. They either need training from management down to the employees or they need new employees altogether. It’s a complete joke to run a business this way. Avoid Best Buy at the Mall of Georgia.

Bought a TV from here and had it delivered and installed, but after going through the process I wouldn't buy from here again. In-store staff didn't fully explain additional $250 warranty information or the potential additional install charges that the geek squad guys wanted to charge me. Also the scheduling process for the delivery is inconvenient and the in-store staff acted like it was completely out of their control to make any scheduling changes.

Strolled my way into Best Buy today fo sum screen protectors and ima finna keep it a buck fitty, dat was the best service I’ve ever received type shi, walk’d in and was immediately greeted wit the biggest smile from the yn upfront with curly hair. He pointed me to the direction of the phone accessories, and lowkey a G was lost type shi, but Yadi helped me find wut I was lookin fo, she even installed that bih flawlessly, was in and out that bih, fasho be back, great customer service

Aside from the issues I have with the product, the store manager with a pair of XX chromosomes refused to bother to look into my case id number, and refused to bother to resolve the issue. Instead, this XX chromosomes had a very disrespectful attitude from the beginning. The fact that Best Buy had no other choice but to hire this generation's XX chromosomes who believes that Best Buy is not one of the major competitor to Amazon is very unfortunate.

Very disappointed I am pregnant and was looking forward to purchasing a song a1600 along with accessories so I can vlog and take pictures through my whole pregnancy and after. I waited in front of the staff member in the camera section for more than 20 minutes without her acknowledging me and carrying on talking about nails to another person. I interjected and said is there someone else that can help me she said no it’s just me. The fact I was in front of her and never did she say anything was really rude and poor service. I was prepared to spend at the least 1300$ but Best Buy will not be getting my sale. I felt unimportant and most of the workers in there are just moving around to look busy but really not outside some very few.
