Wolfgang should remove his name from this, as it’s an embarrassment to his accomplishments as a chef.
The slices were large, but very doughy. It’s like they put it in the pizza oven for 10 seconds. The pepperoni was greasy. The bbq chicken lacked a consistent ratio of sauce, cheese and toppings. The chicken was also dry, which I should have expected from a pizza that was made hours ago and that they just reheated.
I may sound a bit too critical, but I’m tired of seeing these “Wolfgang Express” restaurants. Costco Pizza proves that supermarkets can make great pizza. Wolfgang Puck Express does not!
