⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kylie is the total package at Ocala WingHouse! From the moment you sit down, she treats you like a VIP — flawless service, spot-on drink recommendations, and cocktails so perfect you’ll swear she has superpowers. 🍹 She’s fast, attentive, and somehow manages to keep that gorgeous smile going no matter how busy it gets.
And let’s be honest — she’s not just the best bartender in Ocala, she’s also easy on the eyes. 😉Kylie’s energy is contagious — her smile alone could brighten a rainy day, and her attitude makes you want to come back again and again. She’s attentive without hovering, quick without rushing, and she makes you feel like you’re the only person in the room even when the place is packed.
Whether you’re a regular or just passing through, do yourself a favor and ask for Kylie — she’ll turn an ordinary night into the best part of your week. She’s the reason WingHouse feels like the place to be!

Avoid this company, if you’re seeking employment. The management seems to have no problems violating labor laws. I was hired as a line cook, and was required to complete my onboarding paperwork at home, and off the clock, which is a violation of the FLSA(Fair Labor Standards Act). Management also changed the start of my first shift, within 24 hours of when the shift was to start, without notifying me of the change. Then Chris, the kitchen manager, tried to say that I was late, even though I showed the evidence of the prior posted schedule. I showed the screenshot of the original posted schedule, and Chris proceeded to tell me that the schedule was wrong. When I inquired about getting paid for my onboarding, I was told that they never pay anyone for time spent onboarding. They did finally pay me for my time spent onboarding, but only after I threatened to file a complaint with the Department of Labor, and to seek legal action against the company. An HR representative, named Kristi, called me to confirm the hours worked, but they didn’t pay me for over a month after the hours were worked. If anyone is currently employed, or was previously employed by Winghouse, and you were forced to do your onboarding paperwork off the clock, I would recommend seeking legal advice, because you may be entitled to compensation. If anyone is considering applying for a job at Winghouse, I would strongly reconsider, as this company will take advantage of any prospective employees, and they will try avoid paying you for your time worked.
