Josh and Abby perfectly toe the line between creating a boundary-pushing wine program (think: Georgian sparkling and Uruguayan dessert wines) and extremely accessible and warm hospitality. In fact, every bartender we met on our trip seemed to hold this team in the highest regard. The food leans towards bites like oysters and charcuterie, all of which is top-notch. You won’t find another spot like this in Miami Beach. Can’t wait to return.
