My family and I had dinner at The Melting Pot and it was FANTASTIC! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and immediately immersed in the cozy and inviting ambiance. The atmosphere is perfect for a romantic evening, a celebration, or just a special treat with loved ones. This was our first time going to a melting pot restaurant, and it did not disappoint!!We opted for the Four-Course Dinner experience for 3, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Our meal began with the Wisconsin Cheddar cheese fondue, which was rich, creamy, and perfectly paired by our server Blake. The Caesar salad was fresh and crisp, with just the right balance of flavors.For our entrée, we selected the Land & Sea, which included a delicious variety of meats and seafood cooked on the Cast-Iron Grill. The grilling experience was so much fun, and every bite was bursting with flavor! To top it off they give you a tray of a nice array of different flavors that you can dip your meat and veggies in. I loved the Green Goddess, Teriyaki Glaze, and the Yogurt Curry the most.To finish, we indulged in the Flaming Turtle Fondue, a decadent combination of chocolate, caramel, and a hint of pecan. Watching the flame was a delightful touch, and dipping the fresh fruits, marshmallows, and brownies into the molten chocolate was the perfect way to end the evening.The service was OUTSTANDING — everyone was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Everyone that we encountered was AMAZING, but most of all, our server Blake really made this experience for us! He guided us through each course, making sure everything was flawless, he even accommodated our special requests, and truly made the experience INCREDIBLE.The Melting Pot is not just a dinner; it’s a memorable experience. The attention to detail in every aspect — from the ambiance to the service to the food — makes it worth every penny.If you're in Pembroke area, and looking for an unforgettable dining experience, The Melting Pot is the place to go!

We arrived around 520pm, next available table was 615pm. We originally wanted a table with a grill but was told the corner table in the back could only do a pot and not the grill because of the privacy curtains. There was some disorganization with the waitresses , our original waitress had been double booked on tables, so a manager came and told us after some time that we'd be getting another waitress. She was friendly. We ordered the Quattro Formaggio for a starter which was so so, but wouldn't order again. And because of the small table in the corner that we had, we only had a choice of frying everything in oil or boiling it (neither of which I wanted to do but we had already sat there and waited long enough for the table that we just wanted to order and eat). We decided to just order the Bourguignonne (oil -fry). We ordered the Pacific rim Entree and Steak lovers entree. The oil that was only supposed to take 8 minutes to heat up, took 30 minutes. Comes to find out , the power plug wasn't plugged in properly. Finally it reached the proper temperature, we finally started to put in the veggies and potatoes, then meats and everything else. The lighting was so low, we couldn't tell if the items were cooked properly, shrimp sat in the oil about 14 minutes and still wasn't cooked all the way thru. Then there's kids screaming and crying , sounded like we were in a daycare. Our waitress found us another table with a grill since our stove wasn't working properly where we assisted her in bringing everything over to the other table. I honestly wanted to have dessert but after all that waiting, not knowing if I ate raw food, kids screaming and then having to move to another table, I was just ready to go, so we skipped dessert. The only thing I can say I honestly enjoyed was the Teriyaki Marinated Steak. The Garlic steak and bourbon rub steak were too tough. I definitely dont think I'd go back for any dinner. The person who brought me there said he really only liked it for the desserts , but not sure if I'd even go back there for that.
