The waiters don’t seem to know what to do, and were clueless of what food went to which table. The way they give the food is one of the worst systems I have seen. They first make the food, and put it by a little bar area. Then, the 3 waiters start to take the food and give it out to the tables very slowly. Most of the time they don’t even go to the right tables. Because of this system, we saw 2 couples unknowingly leave without paying. This is probably because of the frustration with their system. Another couple was waiting for their food for over 20 minutes and just got up and walked out. Airport food is supposed to be timely, after all, everyone has their flights to catch.
I ordered a burger with fries. My burger was dry because there was no condiments exempt ketchup that they gave with the fries. The burger was any average burger, nothing special. Patty, cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce. I wouldn’t say it’s the best burger (or a good one) but it was edible. My fries were undercooked, and they didn’t even taste good. I also got barely any!
The service there was terrible, we waited about 30 minutes after ordering. We even saw our food sitting on the bar. Nobody was giving it to us so we just decided to take it ourselves and one of the waiters got mad at us for doing it! Also, the waiters barely spoke any English!!
