A guy was cleaning fish just feet from our seats. We got to see some birds picking up the scraps as well as some local kids fishing the docks. You go to the bar to order and then they give you a little buzzer that goes off and then you go pick up your food from a little shack just across the way from the bar. I tried the blackened fish basket which had blackened flounder, hush puppies, french fries and coleslaw. I also tried the bang bang shrimp which is there Wednesday night special right now. It’s six dollars instead of nine dollars on Wednesday nights. It was a very large portion and the shrimps were large and fried perfectly with just the right amount of spice in the bang bang sauce. The blackened flounder was seasoned to perfection, the fries were super crispy, the hush puppies had a lot of onion flavor, and the coleslaw was both creamy and tangy with a hint of sweet. The food only took about 15 minutes to come out. They unfortunately were out of crabcakes which they told us after my friend ordered and paid for them. But they allowed her to pick a substitution. I will definitely be back.
