Staff was helpful. We stayed one night with 6am flight next day. Location is across street from airport. Free fast shuttle service 24hrs. We used it at 4am with no issues. Room was clean and everything worked. Building and furniture are quite outdated.

This is an older hotel but still nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was located inside the bar. The menu wasn't big but had enough variety for most. We got fish and chips, buffalo wings and a bacon cheese burger and fries. The fish had four large pieces that were cooked perfectly and my daughter was satisfied and raved it was delicious and filled her making her happy. My husband had wings who agreed they were big, juicy and very tasty and he was also satisfied. Me, I hadn't eaten all day and was hungry. The burger was big, loaded with all the fixings and a ton of hot perfectly salted fries. I hate almost the entire burger but it was just bigger than my hunger but I gave it a good shot lol. Our meals were satisfying and filling and all 3 meals were reasonably priced. When leaving I noted all the tables were full as were almost the bar seats. This place was happening! Our room was nice and updated nicely. Bathroom could have used a little bit more TLC but overall, if you're staying just a night like we did, this wasn't a big factor for us because everything was still clean. Now why stay at a slightly older hotel when there's so many newer hotels around this one? This hotel is right across the street from the Fresno Airport and they offer shuttle service which is included in your stay AND you get free parking for up to a week with a daily security guard! We simply called front desk to ask for our ride and by the time we got to the entrance the driver was there waiting. On our return back to Fresno we simply called the hotel again and within t minutes the shuttle was there to pick us up! This hotel is a little bit older but don't let that fool you! This old gal has a lot going for her and happy to accommodate you. The newer hotels didn't come close to any of her extras or prices. So when picking a hotel near the airport consider everything you need and what's offered because for me the Piccadilly Inn was a true gem and would happily stay there again and again because who doesn't like a great find.

Curtains were also dark making it dark and easy to fall asleep fast because you didn't have car or parking lot lights shining into the room all night my favorite!Hotel is in the middle of many fast food chains and restaurants in town. If you want something to eat it's just a matter of a few minutes down the streetHotel is well lit and a security guard is on duty making me feel that I was safe and my car was tooDepending on weather I suppose you could walk to nearby restaurants but I prefer to drive in my air conditioned car whenever possible in Fresno heat but you can absolutely walkThis hotel offers a free shuttle service and car parking up to a week. For me this was exactly what I needed and wasn't offered by other nearby hotels so this was huge for me and besides, how safe and expensive is airport parking these days?Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value, High-tech

Rooms were clean however every single outlet in the room was loose and wouldn’t hold my cell phone charger in place, or my Apple Watch charger. Staff were friendly. Workout room was hilarious it was just a single elliptical and some floor Mats.
