Never loved a Vietnamese restaurant more than this one! Absolutely obsessed with their chicken satay as well as their brisket pho. Love the ambiance of the restaurant, great location, never need to wait to get seated, friendly staff, amazing food, quick service! High recommend!!!

Update: Phans55 is under new ownership but they pretty much have the same menu and friendly service as before. __________________________ Classy Vietnamese restaurant. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the filet mignon pho was tasty. Note that the parking for this place is behind the row of restaurants.
