But let me be honest—the real star of our visit was our server, Alyssa. She didn’t just bring us food and drinks—she brought the whole experience to life. Friendly without being fake, sharp as a tack, and genuinely fun to talk to, Alyssa knew the menu inside and out and gave us solid recommendations we wouldn’t have thought to try (shoutout to the Redneck Nachos—don’t sleep on them!).
She was quick on her feet, kept our drinks filled without us having to ask, and somehow managed to check in at all the right times without hovering. Even when the place got packed and the energy turned up, she didn’t miss a beat. You could tell she cared about making our night awesome—and she nailed it.
Food was top-tier Southern comfort with a creative twist, and the live music added to the whole down-home party vibe. But honestly, even if the food had been mediocre (which it definitely wasn’t), Alyssa would’ve made it worth the trip.
Bottom line: go for the music, stay for the food, and pray you get Alyssa as your server. She’s the kind of person who makes you want to come back again and again.
