The food was a major letdown—everything we ordered arrived soggy and unappetizing. It seemed like the kitchen was having a bad day, as none of the dishes lived up to even basic expectations.To make matters worse, the service was terrible. Our server was inattentive and seemed disinterested in providing a good experience. We had to wait an excessively long time for our orders, and even simple requests like water refills were ignored. It felt like we were a burden rather than valued customers.Overall, the combination of soggy food and poor service made for an unpleasant visit. I hope the management takes note and makes necessary improvements. Until then, I won't be returning.
