There isn't necessarily a ramp, but there is an opening to the left of the handicap spots that a wheelchair can get through without a problem and takes you directly to the front of the restaurant.

Excellent Thai restaurant. I had the seasonal pumpkin curry which was exceptional. Service was unparalleled. Restaurant is spotless and well decorated. Highly recommend.
