Read MoreI've come here 5x in the last month. For being a food truck, the truck itself is clean & seems well organized from what I could see. The waitresses are all fast and friendly and never mess up the order even if they are tending multiple clients. I come during the daytime & there's usually 1 waitress at a time and the service is top notch.
Now comes the food.
The food itself is absolutely phenomenal. I've tried the tacos (all flavors) and by far, the chicken is the most flavorful. The meat is well seasoned (marinated?), never dry and comes in small portions of about 2 tablespoons per taco with green salsa and fresh raw white onions minced on top, and a tiny sliver of cilantro to top it off. The shell has a slight taste of corn without being overpowering, which allows the meat, onions, and sauces to come to the top. Textures are all on point and whether green or red, the salsas provide a high point of heat without being intolerable and will provide little prickly sensations to your lips. Starting at $2 for the chicken taco & the tall glass soft drinks, the value to food ratio is fantastic. I've never been to Mexico but from what I've read and learned, these seem to be authentic. Go here, you will not be disappointed.
