Not the greatest fritanga but certainly not the worst. Meat is often overcooked and food is completely dry. Flavorful but the quality isn't exactly the best. I'd still recommend it but hit or miss. Love finding small "hole in the wall" places. Not easy to find one that specializes in Nicaraguan.
