But what truly elevated the experience was Gina, the bartender/server, who was beyond stellar. Gina’s attentiveness, warm personality, and expert recommendations made me feel right at home. She not only knows the menu inside and out, but her energy and friendliness were contagious.
Now, onto the food—wow. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, with just the right amount of smoky flavor and a perfect char. The brisket? Juicy and packed with flavor, with that beautiful bark that shows it’s been smoked to perfection. The pulled pork was melt-in-your-mouth good, with a smoky richness that’s hard to beat. And the sausage was spot-on, bursting with flavor and a hint of spice that balanced the plate beautifully.
