Why won't Jack allow his employees to put the cream in your coffee? Who can open those little liquid packages into an overfilled cup and not make a mess. Jack come' on man! Please praying for this to be resolved.

Food was great. Service was great. Felt bad for the staff...long line of cars, 20 minutes before closing. But they were great. The popcorn chicken is good. Nice to have that as an option since KFC doesn't have it anymore.

The chicken burgers were salty but was able to eat. The food quantity was good to consider full. Food - 4 star for salt in chicken.

Great friendly staff the food was on time and not overcooked. I went through Driver's through and the wait time was fast. The staff did get the order correct and included the sauces.

Good service, hot food, never too busy outside of normal lunch/dinner crush, open late. Only knock, sometimes run out of items or do not get deliveries to offer certain items. Welcome to the COVID era.

Usually my go to spot for late night munchies. Never had a problem when coming here for a meal. Just plan accordingly when you go around lunch time. Drive thru can get busy.

Haven't been here in a long while. Drive thru only. Moves thru reasonably quick. Was there about 6pm. Making a left on Chapman from the drive thru takes a fair amount of skill.

I don't know why, but I love Jacks regular tacos. Their fries are better than McDs fries too. For fast food, Jack Rocks.
