I had the pleasure of inheriting and employing (lol) Alyssa in the past, and she was always available, dependable, and incredibly helpful. She showed up—every single time—and brought a level of flexibility and commitment that’s rare to find. Joe was always right there to help as well. I can’t thank them enough or stress enough the positive impression they made on me while working towards building their own bar.
Watching them take full ownership of their responsibilities back then made it no surprise to see them go on to build something of their own. It’s inspiring. Alyssa and Joe are not only hardworking—they’re also two of the kindest, most down-to-earth people you’ll ever meet. When things got tough, they were never afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in. That says everything about their character.
