So overall I’m really debating between two stars and three stars but ultimately decided on three since I wouldn’t mind coming back if a friend or family member wants to come. Granted I would NOT recommend coming here for a few reasons. Reason 1: they are very understaffed. Our server explained there was only two of them working for the three hours we were there however I felt like they weren’t trying to allocate their time evenly among the tables. I felt like our table really suffered in terms of attention and service. Reason 2: the servers were not attentive to our needs as customers. When our server was first checking on what kinds of drinks we wanted, she wasn’t able to fill the water cups of every person at our table (understandable) and she didn’t make an attempt to fill the remaining cups. I had to literally flag down the hostess who was helping out to fill our remaining water cups and get the menu for the food. The overall wait times for food and drinks were horrendous. A very simple acknowledgment of remembering we ordered (a very simple “Hi, I’ll be getting your food out as soon as I can” while waiting would suffice) would have worked very well. Additionally, the server incorrectly fulfilled or did not send out something we ordered: pork belly sliders instead of the dinner plate along with forgetting to bring the stuffed chicken dinner plate we ordered. Reason 3: the difficulty in providing the birthday celebratory services. We had went tonight for my niece’s birthday and I understand a $40 service charge for being able to cut a cake we bring from outside the restaurant, I don’t understand the lack of “happy birthday” singing. The workers made it seem like we can spend $40 to cut our own cake AND NOT receive a happy birthday song for the birthday girl.The place is really nice inside and the food was decent (when you received an item that you ordered) however the service really hurts my overall rating for this place AND makes me reluctant to recommend at all. If I did return, I would literally just order the “we don’t talk about Bruno drink” just for the presentation and go grab something else for dinner.

So, I had reservations on January 22 for me and my family to come for my birthday dinner. When I called to make the reservations I’ve made sure to let them know that I needed a highchair for my two-year-old. I was told that they had high chairs and that everything will be all right for our reservation. I made this reservation at least 2 days before. Upon arriving for a reservation I was told that they did not have any hot chairs. Which was very frustrating because I had a reservation and requested for one. I asked how long it would be for a highchair I was told about 30 minutes. Against my better judgment I decided to continue on with the reservation. Do not come here! We spent 230 with tip. The food is very bland it has no flavor whatsoever. Presentation and the environment is nice. Drinks were very pretty but honestly they could’ve been better. Fast forward and my husband and I asked our waiter and the hostess about the high chair at least a half a dozen times. Every single time we were told it was going to be an additional 30 minutes. Then we find out that the restaurant only has two high chairs and another table was using both. You shouldn’t except reservations or seat anyone if you know that there is another person that has a reservation that requested a highchair. I’m not sure if that table had a reservation before me either way you don’t say that you have one and you don’t. We were at the restaurant for a little over two hours and had to hold our child the whole time. How can you have a dozen TVs in the ceiling and only two high chairs?!?! Makes no sense. No one felt bad or even apologized for situation. I wanted to like this place but I didn’t. Me and my husband also noticed that another couple that came in with a smaller child brought their own highchair just so they can eat at the restaurant. If you’re spending $200 to have a meal with your family you shouldn’t have to bring your own highchair from home.Parking: Parking is limited since the spots are so small and in a small lotKid-friendliness: Not child friendly since high chairs are limited to only two out of the whole building
