Today, I had the pleasure of dining at Emiliano’s Italian Greatest Restaurant, a cozy Italian restaurant in Wellington. It was delightful experience from start to finish.

Our waitress Darius was very attentive and genuinely friendly. He offered recommendations from the menu and the different wine selection.
We started with the bruschetta, which was a perfect balance of fresh cherry tomatoes, basil, pesto and balsamic on a toasted bread. For the main course, we had the Penne a La Vodka and chicken Marsala. The pasta was creamy and flavorful with perfect cooked pasta. The chicken was perfectly cooked—tender and juicy, with a rich, flavorful Marsala wine sauce and mushrooms accompanying with a creamy mashed potatoes, providing a perfect balance to the savory sauce.
They had a great selection of drinks and gluten free options.
Considering the quality of the food and the overall experience, the pricing was pretty reasonable.
Overall, the dining experience was wonderful. I was saddened to see that the restaurant was quite empty during our visit. It’s a lovely place with great potential, and I hope more people discover and enjoy what it has to offer.
