We were recommended to try the **Bubble Potatoes**, and they were absolutely phenomenal, with the dip providing the perfect balance of tangy and spicy flavors. We also had the **Acorn Squash Fritti**—while the drizzle was a bit sweet for my taste, the accompanying dip was just spot on. The **Linguine with Pesto Cream Sauce** was incredibly flavorful and delicious.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes we ordered, and our 3-year-old loved the pasta, despite a few tantrums over it not being made with red sauce.
This is definitely a must-visit for anyone, especially vegans and vegetarians, as all ingredients are sourced from local farms, and the freshness of the produce really shines through in the flavors.
