Read MoreI've come twice with two different experiences. The first time was quick and efficient, however, I will warn you it is HOT in here and very dirty. The second time, my experience was rather poor. We waited around 30-40 minutes for a burger, fries, nachos, and 3 tenders. The staff started telling customers it would be a half hour AFTER us which would've been nice if they had told us because we honestly wouldn't have came. It seemed as though they lacked proper staff and struggled to keep up with delivery and pick-up orders while dealing with the rush. I understand it can be busy in food service (I've worked in this industry for 8 years). However, at a certain point delivery orders should've been put on hold due to how busy it became. Additionally, they could've been more polite about the wait on the food and let us know how much longer it was going to take. On top of this, they got several things wrong, I asked for a small shake and received a large (NBD), I asked for my burger medium without cheese and received it well done with cheese, and finally I asked to dine-in and was given my food to go. Overall, not the greatest experience the second time around. Manager needs to be on duty in these cases and ensure proper staff is equip to deal with rushes.
