I just started going here. I love it. However, you should be prepared before you come to Aldi. You need to have a quarter to unlock the shopping carts. Even if a customer is done with one and they give it to you, they WILL expect you to hand them a quarter. (They say that’s paying it forward. But how is it paying it forward if they want their money back? That means they just got their cart for free)! If you see me there, however, I will NOT ask for a quarter back🤦🏻♀️You need to bring your reusable shopping bags. Or they have some for sale. I think the little ones are a dime and the big is less than .30. I love it here. I was always iffy about coming. But now I don’t go anywhere else.

SO glad we have ALDI near us. I get most of our grocery items here. It runs about $35.00 for the pair of us. We get half & half for half what the other stores are charging and it is just as good as the name brand. The sales they run each week allow you to stock up for half what Walmart wants.
The present staff are all nice and very helpful. I have told lots of people to shop there. It is in the same distance ratio as Walmart, Ingle's and Food City. I do not mind the buggy return...you get the quarter back and we keep the grocery bags in the car so we always have them. Need a good deal on milk, eggs, butter, proteins and cheese....check out ALDI

Aldi owns Trader Joe's and could be considered something of a discount version of that brand and carries mostly staples for your pantry instead of the more exotic fare at TJ.
On trips to Europe I would shop at Aldi so I was very happy to see them come to our area. They are well known there for choosing to skip on fancy aesthetic and store decoration so that they can pass on great prices and pay their employees a fair wage.

Was happy to see an Aldi here being from NL. Choices aren’t the same of course, but have found some amazing deals and options. It’s best to check weekly as things change quick and new choices are constantly presented.
