Cashiers yelling at customers to "READ THE SIGNS, PEOPLE!" "MAKE TWO LINES!". This isn't a single occurrence, they've been yelling every time I've shopped there for the last month since they decided to switch to multi-queue system. The new change causes confusion when a new lane opens, frustrating the staff to the point of yelling, and more importantly, the customers are literally being yelled at in a grocery store. (Not me, specifically, just generally in the direction of queued customers)The single queue is more efficient, reducing the average wait time of all customers. It's done wherever it matters - entering customs when arriving into the U.S., the DMV, the bank, pharmacies... even H&M or Ross. It's taken away two of the three reasons I prefer to shop there - fast checkout and friendly staff. If I have to listen to yelling cashiers and a slow checkout, I'm just left with low prices, which isn't worth the drive because Grocery Outlet also exists without all the yelling
