One cashier and one SCO attendant at 5 pm on a Friday night!? If your goal is to match customer service with that of WalMart, you're excelling. If you're going to force you customers to do your job by checking out and bagging the groceries, the least you could do, is give the attendant the proper tools to do their job successfully. Every SCO was waiting for an attendant for either clearance items or an alcohol check. It's pretty redundant to have someone wait in a line for a machine, and then needing them to have to wait for an attendant as well for a 12 rack of beer.
