This pharmacy is supposed to open at 9 am. First to arrive was the pharmacist who came in around 9:10, unlocked the cage, turned the lights on behind the counter, opened up the registers. Then 2 more pharmacy workers came rushing in with their jackets on - are they on flex time? The irritating thing was that none of the three late workers, including the pharmacist, offered an apology to the 3 of us customers who had obviously been standing around waiting.
Forgive me if this were a single time that this happened. I am only visiting the Cape this week, so it was my first time at this CVS... This lateness on the part of CVS's pharmacy staff this morning came off as no-big-deal in the minds of the late workers themselves, and as a CVS in need of better management.
Finally, when they finally waited on us 3 waiting customers, there were problems with the prescriptions for every one of us customers. We still had to wait around together.
