I don't get here as often as I like, but each time I do make it in, it's a good experience.
I think I spent about an hour testing out pedals today, and the gentleman helping me (I forgot to ask his name - Greer Hat Guy) was super helpful with suggestions and hooking everything up.
There was no pressure to hurry up and pick something, no pressure to buy something NOW, and overall it was just a great experience. The folks that worked there were very nice to me even though I spent an inordinate amount of time torturing their ears while trying out a bunch of Overdrives and Fuzz pedals today.
In general, stores like this are increasingly rare. Amazing (HUGE) selection of pedals, but a small and personable shop. AND you can try out all the pedals. I'm particularly grateful that they have quite the selection of "weird" and "boutique" pedals, that you just wouldn't expect to see in a store, and certainly not be able to test drive at most places.
I don't know of anywhere else you can line up a couple thousand dollars worth of pedals, hook them all up, and then tweak away to find just the right one.
Also, they have guitars and amps you can use for testing, or you can feel free to bring your own.
Also, for Greer Hat Guy, I'll be back later this week for that yellow Greuter. Thanks again for all the help!

Zero stars!!!! Brought stuff in. Said no one was there to discuss my job. They source the work out and claim to be a pedal Store but the guy was clueless. Told me I would hear back by the end of the day ( Saturday). No call. No call Sunday. I called they were closed. Left message. No return call about the job. I got ahold a guy on Thursday he said someone will call you right back@ he just stepped out”. Yeah right. Friday I got a message to call them to discuss the pedals. The following Monday we connected. Guy said it would be two weeks to do the work. I was sceptical. It took 7 weeks and I had to threaten legal action to get a call that said they are all ready for pick up. Two were fine one I don’t think was even looked at. Place is a scam. ZERO STARS.
