Read MoreUp until today, I have only had lab work at this facility and have always had a very positive experience with scheduling and on time processing. Today, I had my first medical procedure ever (colonoscopy), and everything from scheduling, to the very professional and friendly medical staff and the procedure from beginning to end was perfect. My procedure was originally scheduled at 10am but due to cancellations, I was called the day before to see if I wanted reschedule for 8:30am, which I was extremely glad to do! When I called back to confirm this change, I immediately got a receptionist, and when I called back an hour later for a follow up question, I again received a prompt answer. Once I arrived for the procedure, I was checked in quickly and was sent back very close to the scheduled time.For the medical staff that treated me, everyone from the nursing staff, anesthesiologist and the physician who performed the procedure were all very professional, friendly, attentive, informative and a pleasure throughout....thank you!Overall, a very positive experience at this facility!
